Torah Yoga ~ 9:30-10:30
Bring your yoga mats and comfortable clothing too! We are excited to have Rev. Debbie Clark, a certified Yoga instructor, back leading you in yoga and Jewish Spiritual and ethical principals to deepen your connection to prayer. She will be joined by Rosanne Kates and Larry Yarmaloff.
Mindfullness Meditation in the Jewish Tradition ~ 9:30-10:30 ~ Sheila Wolfson
Sheila Wolfson is a retired nutritionist and health counselor (BA Queens College of City University of New York, MEd in health and nutrition counseling Lesley University, Cambridge, MA). She has been a mikveh guide at Mayyim Hayyim since 2003. Sheila is a mindfulness meditation teacher as well as a facilitator in the national Wise Aging Program, trained through the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. She enjoys leading a weekly Framingham meditation group and facilitating Wise Aging, currently at Regis College’s lifelong learning program.

We welcome back Rabbi Bazer as he leads us in this Torah discussion: What are the four redemption promises by God and why the Israelite’s don’t believe them. Exodus 6:2-13.
Interfaith Discussion: Addressing Antisemitism ~ 10:30-11:45 ~ Esther Kosofsky
Our Interfaith Discussions with Esther Kosofsky continue. There are always more questions to be asked and answered surrounding Interfaith Families.
Esther Kosofsky is an Interfaith Couples Facilitator/Counselor, who guide couples and groups privately, at congregations, and in Jewish organizations throughout eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Throughout her career, she has been committed to nurturing Jewish engagement of interfaith couples and families. “I endeavor to create and offer opportunities for open conversation in addition to sharing a wide variety of resources for those who did not grow up Jewish, as well as those who are Jewish, in order to appreciate and strengthen Jewish identity and community.”

Join with Rav-Hazzan Sokol as he discusses Tradition and Innovation in Prayer. What is “Keva” and what is “Kavaanah” and how do they fit together in our daily prayers?
Sanctuary Services
Sanctuary Tefillah ~ 9:30-10:30
Our traditional Shabbat Morning service featuring Rabbi Lenny Gordon and Rav-Hazzan Scott Sokol. Morning service of Birkat HaShahar and Sharcharit leading into the Torah Service.
Sanctuary Torah Service and Musaf ~ 10:30-11:45
We will join together for our Torah Service led by Rabbi Lenny Gordon. Torah Readers will be from MetroWest Jewish Day School. The Haftorah Reader will be Elliot Pozmanter.
Religious School ~ 9:30-11:45
Our Religious School will have classes for children in Grades Kindergarten through Grade 6. They will be joined by children and staff of MetroWest Jewish Day School.
TBS Tots Boker Tov Shabbat and Babysitting
TBS Tots are invited join with Cheska Komissar and the Kindergarten through 2nd Graders from 9:30-10:30
Shalom Cafe
Shalom Cafe is open from 9:30-11:45. Come and have a cup of coffee or tea, a light pastry and time to schmooze before or after going to a session or any time during the morning.
Concluding Service and Announcements ~ 11:45-12:00
We all come together at 11:45 for the conclusion of the service and announcements
Kiddush Luncheon ~ 12:00-1:30
A time for all to come together and enjoy each other’s company as we sit and eat our Kiddush Lunch! All are welcome!!!
